[Chapter-delegates] questions to the candidates for the BoT

Thanks Olga for the good suggestion, as a candidate i am also be willing to copy/paste my earlier provided answers in connect platform to the 
mailing list in order to have a wide reach to colleagues whom are not able to review it in the connect platform.
