Were I a candidate (I am not of course) I would try to communicate with
the voters wherever they were, and it is not necessarily ISOC¹s job to
tell them what to do during elections. So for a candidate, that might mean
using Connect as well as replying on this list and maybe other tools as
well. Perhaps it is a measure of how much Chapter candidates are engaged &
paying attention. Are they responding here? Are they even aware of this
list and took time to subscribe, etc.? This may be data you can use in
deciding how to vote.
