David,
It's sad to hear you're leaving. Nowadays, it's difficult and challenging to find dedicated volunteers to make impact in our society. I assume it happens in most associations and chapters as Glenn mentioned. Perhaps, organizations should recognize outstanding volunteers like you to encourage a good spirit. Our chapter is newly formed but I understand it will take lots of our personal efforts to make a real change.
