Dear Alejandro,

Your knowledge of the country and people - which I've witnessed - are tops.
Thank you - I am frequent guest in all three Southern Caucasus countries,
which stems from the period 2001-2008, where I was working in this region.
By sending his mail today afternoon Tommi made a real "Novruz Mubarak"
present for all ISOC-ers in Azerbaijan, who are just now sitting at well
decorated table with holiday special food!!!

I fully support this idea. I believe that, in general, every Chapter in
its first 1-2 years of existance should get some ISOC support to strengthen
their structure (especially if operating in "less-than-optimal"
conditions). this could be the help on the ground or relaxed rules of
participation in ISOC events elsewhere.

FYI I am planning to be in Baku around end of June or beginning of July.
My best regards,
