Naming and Numbers is just one particular aspect of the Internet, it's
hardly surprising that anybody with that particular interest - sufficient
to participate in ICANN meetings - shouldn't also have a wider interest
sufficient to participate in ISOC.

What might be more interesting is to observe the exceptions!
