Dear Winthrop,

Thank you for raising this important point.

I've looked at the box.com terms of service, at:

  https://www.box.com/legal/termsofservice/ 

I find them totally unacceptable.

Improving privacy is one of ISOC's goals, so I don't think that it is appropriate for ISOC to be using this service, or any Google service for that matter.

I'm less familiar with Microsoft's services, maybe they have something acceptable.

Otherwise why don't we do it the old-fashioned, pre-cloud way: send a spreadsheet via E-Mail and we will each update it and send it back to Jocye.

In any case, I agree with Winthrop that the proposed method for notifying the selected representatives is not appropriate.
