[Chapter-delegates] A few updates on NMI

Especially given NMI’s blatant, in-your-face ignoring ISOC and the community’s comments, I would offer that any suggestions from us, no matter how well intentioned or constructive will
	1. Be ignored
	2. Add legitimacy to an illegitimate organization

Yes, NMI ‘exists’ because Fadi says it exists. That does not mean we have any obligation to acknowledge it or feed it.
