Especially given NMI’s blatant, in-your-face ignoring ISOC and the community’s comments, I would offer that any suggestions from us, no matter how well intentioned or constructive will
	1. Be ignored
	2. Add legitimacy to an illegitimate organization

Yes, NMI ‘exists’ because Fadi says it exists. That does not mean we have any obligation to acknowledge it or feed it.

Given that NMI has asked for inputs on what they should do, it seems reasonable to me to suggest that they address the challenges that have been congently identified by Bob.

Since NMI stated that proposals should be consistent with the NETmundial outcome, it seemed sensible to me to incorporate parts of the NETmundial outcome in the proposed ToR.

Going into further detail would drag us into a rathole and I refuse to go that way when we have such a massive discrepancy at the highest level.
