one might hope that the IGF framework could be used to exercise the mapping
function that has been proposed for NMI - Just as there is an annual
stock-taking effort typically associated with IGF, one could imagine an
annual mapping exercise. Of course, there could be inter-sessional
exercises of this kind - some perhaps in association with regional or
national IGFs.
