+1 to Alejandro, Vint + Evan and again I point to Fadi's comments in NYC
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvH2FTAM2y8> about the need for "one
place" as a resource for regulators to engage a "polycentric" model. A
strengthened IGF would seem the natural "one place", and the NMI one of the
polycenters.. perhaps a prime one for engaging, via the WEF, big money..
Meanwhile the ITU has been remarkably quiet on the issue, or am I missing
something?
