[Chapter-delegates] chapter applicants list disappears

Lincoln,

thanks a lot. Also thanks for the certainty about non-notification of
rejections; some of the pending applications are clear intrusions, others
need to find a (sometimes non-existent) chapter in their own country.
Working on standard replies for those cases.

I've only seen this in the applicants page - nothing is shown, only the CSV
offered. Will look into this with you further off-list.
