[Chapter-delegates] chapter applicants list disappears

Hi Alejandro —

I just ran a signup test and my test applicant (named Mexico Chapter Test if you want to see it) appeared immediately.  We do provide search fields to help find specific applicants or groups of applicants, and most columns (such as the Date Submitted field) are sortable so you can see the most recent ones.

Do any other pages exhibit this behaviour for you, or are you seeing it only on Applicants?

I did notice however that you have 141 pending applicants, some dating back to 2011.   If you are at all concerned about “denying” membership to anyone, rest assured no applicants that are denied receive any notification of this - only accepted applicants received notifications.

You are the only person to have reported this problem with the Applicants page, and while we encourage the reporting of any problems, doing so via the amshelp at isoc.org<mailto:amshelp at isoc.org> address is the preferred channel.

does this happen to you? I get email from the chapter management system telling me of new applicants, but when I go to the page where the Applicants list should be in order to process the applications, the list is just not there.

It is happening to me right now and has happened before, lasting more than a day till suddenly the list is there upon a new visit to the page.

Any guidance to this one more annoying feature of AMS will be welcome.
