[Chapter-delegates] 20 years of ISOC Bulgaria

Thank you all,
And thanks, Vint -- it was you, who inspired us to create it. My 
colleague and fellow Board member Dimitar Ganchev met you at an INET 
conference in Prague, in 1994; I was at the Reston office of ISOC in 
1995, and then it was easy.
Though, we gave some hard time to Don Heath in the beginning - we were 
from another universe, so to speak... The country has just finished 45 
years of communism, and there were no democratic traditions of any kind.

Anyway, good thing is we are all here, and still fighting for good 
causes; and now ISOC has not 6, but more than 100 chapters around the 
world, and thousands of great people, who help the global Internet. I am 
very happy to be part of this family.
