Dear Veni,

It is with considerable pleasure that I add my good wishes to you and to
ISOC Bulgaria for your early fight for Internet freedom and your
long-standing support for expansion of access to the Internet. Your
willingness to take a strong and successful stand against the Bulgarian
government's regulation demonstrated that it was possible to overcome
conventional thinking and drive the country towards more enlightened
perspectives.
