[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a chapter in Barbados

Hi Nancy,
I want to echo the sentiments expressed supporting the establishment of
this Chapter. I was also at the Chapter Leaders meeting in BA where I met
Jason as well. He was an active and energetic participant and showed fresh
ideas and dedication. He was an instrumental part of the very solid
proposals that came out of that meeting.

I fully support the Barbados Chapter.
