[Chapter-delegates] last day to vote for the Internet Society Board of Trustees

Today is the last day to vote for the ISoc Board of Trustee election. 
Some chapters (listed below) still have not voted in the election. If 
you are a member of one of these chapters, I encourage you to contact 
your voting delegate (who may be the chapter preseident) and remind them 
to vote.
Note that you have the option to vote "Abstain" if none of the 
candidates are acceptable to you.
