[Chapter-delegates] Application to form the Internet Society Chapter on Internet of Food

Possible solutions to the representation problem.:

1) Members have to choose just one chapter of which they are a voting
member.

plus

2) ISOC, as ICANN does, offers an election system that validates voters,



There was initiative a while back, promoted by Ted, to engage youth via
college chapters etc, but similarly there​ were concerns about treading on
the toes of existing Chapters. IIRC the idea morphed into the Internet
Youth Corps
​ - Ted had worked with the Peace Corps - but then died on the vine. Myself
I thought Corps a little too military. But since then I have seen Code for
America have success with "Brigades" of civic hackers..But they had purpose.

Language is important.
