I appreciate Evan’s stepping forward, particularly since Hans Peter, after much hard work, has decided to step back in view of his being elected to the Board of Trustees.

In view of Evan’s volunteering, I want to send the draft to him first so that he can set up a Google docs archive for working on the document.

So I will not circulate the draft tonight, but will loo forward to Evan’s organizing the platform.

I have some good experience at creating charters, bylaws and procedural rules. And given that I'm not on ICANN's ALAC anymore, I have some cycles to contribute.
