[Chapter-delegates] Here in Busan. Is anything happening?

I've just arrived and happy to connect with ISOC (and everyone else.) I'm a
rounde fellow with a beard in a black shirt. Say hello.

 The word in the press room is that while there is a lot of talk still to
come, nothing is likely to pass that will chance very much.

What are you seeing differently?


(My gut impression, not yet confirmed, is that the ITU is unwilling to
fight the Incumbent/U.S. position. If so, ISOC is in the great position of
having many resources that can be moved away from battles here and directed
to struggles in each country led by chapters.

   But I need to know more to be sure.)​
