Sometimes, I am aware of NomComs (ICANN's comes to mind, but I am aware of
others) that will from time to time note that the existing Board has a
deficit of special talents (ie, financial, internal governance) and make a
special effort to attract candidates with those skills. If there is no
such special need now, that's fine too.
