[Chapter-delegates] Call for Input into Board skills criteria

I know that  ISOC  as other organizations  are  struggling with the issue
of Next  Generation and having more  Youth Involvement.
Note that  the  Millenials  ( born 1980 and after)  out number the baby
boomers  and their  political  thinking is having an impact on a
 generation who invented social media.

What is ISOC  doing to embrace this  cohort group?
