[Chapter-delegates] Call for Input into Board skills criteria

Thanks Narelle,
   For highlighting existing BoT representation which clearly shows which
area need to be looked and addressed being it geographically , industry or
skills. I would add to your statement bellow "More from Africa, Central
America" I would say " Some from Middle East" being Zero representation.
