[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society Statement on the NETmundial Initiative

Greg,

thanks a lot for this message.

Kudos to the Board of Trustees for a powerful, stark statement which states
a clear, principles-based position while not needlessly burn bridges.

Let's get to work on some of the tracks that have been proposed, esp.
should the Board already have picked up some of them for this internal
dialogue.
