In a recent post by Joly McFie ( ISOC NY) to the ICANN Accessibility
Committee he shared an Open Source tool to do captioning effectively on
Youtube videos The tool is nomorecraptions(dot)com
Developed by Michael Lockery a profoundly deaf person

I have a stock of 34 short videos on the ICANN ecospace which I have done
and I will be trying out this tool to convert the videos to include
captioning

We will be doing a demo on this tool on the ICANN Technology Taskforce
and we will be providing a summary report
