Charles' point is well taken.  This particularly relevant for the
Disability and Special Needs  Chapter, as we often have very targeted
discussions that could be consolidated into keyword lists, so someone could
receive anything on the DSN list that had the word "Australia" or
"Pacific", for example - allowing him or her to get or view relevant emails.
