Hello Dany,
Thank you very much for your mail that has helped to clarify a number of
issues and has brought very vital infos from Joyce. Thanks for putting
issues in context especially at a time another chapter workshop is being
prepared. Special thanks to Joyce who has not been sleeping in order to
fine tune the conclusions of 2013 chapter workshop.  This will help in
designing  the way forward.
