[Chapter-delegates] Leslie Daigle Leaving ISOC After 6 Years of Dedicated Service

Leslie has been a bulwark of Internet support for a long time in her many
roles. Her service to the community is widely and deeply appreciated. I
wish her all the best in her next career phase.

I also note Ayesha Hassans arrival so ISOC continues to attract top talent.
