[Chapter-delegates] Leslie Daigle Leaving ISOC After 6 Years of Dedicated Service

Dear Kathy,

I just cannot help expressing my feelings after knowing the loss of Leslie
Daigle from ISOC. She has been an outstanding person with a forward vision
far ahead of many. Her absence will, no doubt, create a huge gap in ISOC.

We are seeing a lot of change in ISOC. Very recently we lost Sabrina,
Theresa, Steve. This is simply shocking to us. I hope ISOC will be able to
recover from such a big turmoil.
