[Chapter-delegates] 2014 Internet Society Board of Trustees Elections

Personally, I don't see why we should not be able to ask the candidates a
further round of questions - because
a) many of us are only just now examining the candidates.
b) some of the ground has recently shifted .
April 4 seems a suitable deadline, and still gives the candidates ample
time to respond, and chapters to vote.
Question. Is it possible, if a chapter so wished, to alter one's vote if
one should decide to in the light of the new responses?
