Thank you Narelle, your message is not annoying at all. It is very well in line with your role as a coordinator.
There is a confusion since day1 of NTIA announcement between USGov/NTIA Stewardship transition and IANA Transition.
NTIA asked ICANN to convene the Global Muktistakegolder community to discuss mechanisms of that intent stewardship transition and it is clear that ICANN and Verisign roles are not in question.
But USGOV/NTIA giving away it's stewardship role has a serious impact on ICANN accountability as the operator of IANA functions; that's why I agree with those who think IANA stewardship transition and ICANN accountability have to be addressed simultaneously in a collaborative way.
I also agree with the need of having two groups to deal with those issues, but it is important for the two groups to listen and talk to each other.
