[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society Appointments to the NTIA/IANA Stewardship Transition Coordination Group

The only thing I'd add to Alejandro's comment about ISOC carrying the
flag for all non direct stakeholders is that this rather broad remit is
the case then it certainly up's the stakes. If it is not accepted then
that also has implications.

We need to see this thing set off on the right foot.
