Ted, good to hear our emails are being noticed. It is very discouraging
to see how some of them, which chapters consider important, are being
left lonely.

Oh, that has not been easy - trust me on that. We have talked for years
with ISOC, with the response, which Julia from ISOC-Bulgaria still
treasures, where it is explained that the project is too international,
and cannot be funded through the small grant program ($ 7500).
