To all the chapter leaders and administrators,

These are excellent observations and are among the many issues we are
looking at in order to improve the portal and the AMS (and other systems
we expect to roll out to our communities this year) as a service to
chapters and members. We know there are issues of database
synchronization, mobile access, download and upload speed among others.

Working with a few of you and with our IT team, we continue to identify
the key elements of these improvements and are developing a timeline which
I will share with you as soon as possible.

This message is to assure you that your needs and expressions are heard
and are guiding our work.

Thank you all for your contribution and your perseverance.
