Dear Olivier
Congratulations for conducting and overseeing a successful and transparent elections for ISOC India Chennai, and bravo for all the elected officers.
Am really impressed by "a voting committee composed of members inside India but also ISOC members from other chapters & an ISOC Staff..."As you put it "This has guaranteed that the voting process was conducted fairly".
To me this is a characteristic that needs not only to be borrowed by other chapters, but I also propose that it should be considered by ISOC, probably the Chapters Advisory Council, as a prerequisite to for elections in other chapters, just to ensure that due diligence and openness are adhered to in processes.
Regards
Charles Oloo
