I was so happy to read this "re" announcement of the Regional Director for Middle East.
I could see a catch 22 in this announcement, as I'm afraid that the call will be like the first one because the only indication of the appointment is this sentence:
"Applications will be evaluated until the position has been filled."

May I ask, why there are no dates on this call?

This is usual in ISOC.
My idea is to receive applications from 1 month, no more than that, So maybe we will send out a reminder in January.


Why don't ISOC evaluate the old applications, to my knowledge there were 3 qualified applicants.  Maybe someone form ISOC can contact them, to check if they are still interested.


This is an entirely new process, so it is better to not have al link with the old process. The old one was abandoned.
But maybe we can send an email to all the candidates calling their attention to the new call. This is a good idea.

Please help to circulate the call.

I hope to have the new directo in place no later than April.
