[Chapter-delegates] Regional Director for Middle East.

Dear Raul,

I was so happy to read this "re" announcement of the Regional Director for
Middle East.
I could see a catch 22 in this announcement, as I'm afraid that the call
will be like the first one because the only indication of the appointment
is this sentence:
"*Applications will be evaluated until the position has been filled*."

May I ask, why there are no dates on this call?
Why don't ISOC evaluate the old applications, to my knowledge there were 3
qualified applicants.  Maybe someone form ISOC can contact them, to check
if they are still interested.

Will keep my hands crossed to read the announcement of the appointment of
the Regional Director for Middle East.
