[Chapter-delegates] Advocating for human rights on the Net

Dear David and ISOC friends,

It is pleasant to see growing interest in this important area. Since 2008,
I have been advocating for the right of Internet users in my part of the
world (Arab countries including Yemen) to have free and uncensored access
to the Internet.

Please count me in when formulating any projects or ideas around combating
Internet censorship or other related topics. You have my full support!
