I agree that Diplo would appear to be an good organization to manage the
project.  I don't know enough about the IGF Secretariat to be able to
comment on what their role might be.

organisation undertakes this governance project. What are you'all thinking
about encouraging the candidature of IGF Secretariat (intgovforum.org) with
