[Chapter-delegates] A chapter consortium for a UNESCO Internet governance project?

Bonjour Chers tous, Chères toutes, Merci cher Alejandro,
Autant nous sommes d'accord qu'il s'agisse d'une bonne initiative, il 
serait bon de s'assurer que l'organisation adéquate est retenue pour 
manager ce projet. Que pensez-vous sur la possibilité d'encourager la 
candidature du Secrétariat de l'IGF (intgovforum.org) avec l'appui de 
DiploFoundation ? En tant que organisation soutenant la démarche 
d'implication multipartite, nous serons naturellement impliqués avec nos 
chapitres et toutes les autres organisations. Un peu comme l'IGF est 
organisée. Merci ben.

  Hi Dear all, Thanks Alejandro,
As it's a good initiative, it's also good to make sure that the best 
organisation undertakes this governance project. What are you'all 
thinking about encouraging the candidature of IGF Secretariat 
(intgovforum.org) with the DiploFoundation ? Then, as an organisation 
supporting the multistakeholderism we'll automatically involved with our 
Chapters and all the other organisations. Like the IGF is organised. Thanks.
