[Chapter-delegates] REVISED Application to form an ISOC Chapter in Kazakhstan

Dear Colleagues,

This is to inform you that the initiative group behind the application below has decided to establish the new chapter for the Almaty region only. The reason for this is that establishing a country-wide chapter would require representatives from at least 10 regions according to local law. However, in future they might expand and/or form more Chapters in the Kazakhstan.

> ISOC Kazakhstan plans to involve to its activity all people and organizations interested in development of Internet in Kazakhstan. It is going to use for that purpose all ways of communication including face-to-face meetings, online services such as videoconferences, Skype sessions, etc. Taking into account that majority of founding members of ISOC Kazakhstan are young people we believe that we will attract steady stream of new members and volunteers serves a Chapter with a regular pool of energy and talent as well as new leadership.
