[Chapter-delegates] Follow-up: Serious considerations to dissolve the Cambodia ISOC Chapter

Good evening:
May I suggest that we give this thread a break for a few days.
Regarding Cambodia: the staff, other Chapters in the region and the Asia regional bureau now have the elements of a solution if there is a will to do it.
Regarding Chapter Bylaws etc.: certain anomalies have been pointed out (we knew that). In any event, as soon as the new ISOC Bylaws are implemented and the Chapter Advisory Council has been created, there are going to have to be radical changes in the relationship between Chapters and ISOC 'global'. (We knew that).
So, let's now allow the staff a few days to absorb what has been said and act accordingly.
