[Chapter-delegates] Fwd: Follow-up: Serious considerations to dissolve the Cambodia ISOC Chapter

I don't know anyone who would have it (except from Cambodia, and they 
should feel free to change their by-laws to reflect the national laws!). 
And I don't know why it's a mandatory text, and it's still on the ISOC 
web site.

This is another example of how resources are being wasted. Just think 
about the many hours spent on preparing these recommendations, the 
number of people involved, and the efforts used.
