[Chapter-delegates] Is Internet Society Newsletter dead ?

Good question.
Communications on an ongoing basis to individual members about ISOC and especially ISOC Chapters should be an important component of ISOC's being an effective organization. Most information now goes to Chapter leaders. To my knowledge I get almost nothing as a member of ISOC. I do get a lot of communications from the DC Chapter, but then our Co-Chair is a social media expert and takes the time.
And yes the folks in San Francisco would gain from hearing from ISOC Nepal.

Wikis in our experience are back-office things and they may leave you with a nice Webpage or whatever else you do but it won't land in people's inboxes (not only nor necessarily email inboxes) and surprise them, pleasantly if all goes well.
