FYI, on July 12, 2013, Naveed Haq circulated (to the delegate list) an invitation for travel fellowship application to the Bali workshop (which ended today). Did any representative from ISOC-KH apply?

Your assumption that we had resources to travel to Bali to meet the several representatives of ISOC there is unfounded; I am not aware of any Cambodian representative there. We would, of course, have appreciated it very much if the ISOC staff there would have responded in the past, or now, to our previous mails.
