[Chapter-delegates] Communication and moving forward with the ISOC Cambodia Chapter

Chantra,
There is an African saying that when elders meet, problems dont get out of
hand. We have faced similar challenges but we have managed to resolve them
through meetings such as the one organized by Ted, i think we are on the
right track and i encourage the Cambodian chapter to stay on board, we can
collectivelly surmount this challenges.
We look forward to positive news.
