P.S. I'm a member of ISOC and ISOC Quebec since it's inception in 2000, 
president of the Chapter since 2006-07, gave a hand to create ISOC 
Canada recently, and got involved in a few other ISOC projects or 
activities like the Sphere project... I also contributed to the first 
days of the NARALO some 6 years ago. As Chris wrote, I'm reasonably 
multilingual EN/FR/ES
