Thanks for the response, because you consider that our quoting your
sentence has taken a personal tone.
We did not identify quotes personally, unless it was a reference to mail
from ISOC staff, exactly because we wanted to focus on problems (and not
on personal impressions).
We take also note that you do not consider as 'problems' what has been
considered as problems by us - and obviously also by some other Chapter
delegates. But we understand that there may be different conceptions of
what is a problem.
