Hi All

I like to share with the  delegates
The  IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology

Of particular interest is the digital divide of seniors and the Internet  A
recent  study indicated that our aging population will double in most parts
of world except Africa which has a younger population cohort.

Since  ISOC  advocates  Internet for Everyone ,  we need to ask do we have
a plan to outreach to these communities?

What concrete plans do we have?
