[Chapter-delegates] Role of chapters

With all the Mis-communication happening I believe the ISOC  staffs are
doing a wonderful job. From the chapter directors to the regional managers
they are supportive about the issues and happening. May be there might be
some issues of lower or greater interest but the whole Cambodian story has
gone too far  listening to one side of the story. I think we should give
some credit to the chapter staff for the good things
happening..................

2. regular chapter calls
3. innovative ideas and cooperation
4. many more


I believe its their job to work for ISOC and who would want a chapter to
be closed, blaming the staff is not a solution..............
