[Chapter-delegates] TPP and local policy lobbying

Hi all,

Wanted to get your input on something that's been bugging me for a while.

TPP is obviously a bad thing and we should stop it, somehow. Steps
towards stopping it are fairly obvious in countries, which are
participating in TPP, but what can chapters do in those countries,
which are not party to TPP?
