[Chapter-delegates] ISPs in Argentina / Buenos Aires

Hi,

further to meeting ISPs in Argentina next week. CABASE has interesting experience in setting up IXPs. More interesting given that the incumbent doesn't play with them and they still seem to be adding value. (And no, I'm not an advocate of "IXPs as panacaea".)

+1 to Joao's point.

I did want to say that Sebastian (head of our regional team) used to be the CEO of Cabase and ran an ISP many years ago.  His colleague who works for him – Christian O'Flaherty worked for a major backbone provider.  They both have amazing experience related to Argentina and networks in the region.
